Warranty Policy for Rackets

At Tactical Padel, we strive to offer products of the highest quality and ensure customer satisfaction.

Therefore, we have this warranty policy to clarify the circumstances under which a warranty claim is approved. Please read the policy carefully and follow the instructions to ensure a smooth handling of your case.

If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or the product fails at any time due to a defects in materials or workmanship, you can return it for a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.

Submitting a Return or Defect Request


By following these guidelines, we hope to provide a better understanding of our warranty process and ensure a fair assessment of all warranty claims.

If you have any questions or need further information, you
are always welcome to contact our customer service. Please attach minimum 4 photos from different angles so we can assess the damage. Once this is done, we send the images to our manufacturers for assessment.


Please note!! that this is a process, and we want
to remind you that it may take some time once we have determined whether the
damage may have occurred due to possible manufacturing defects or if the case is not considered to be, we will get back to you with an answer.

Return Label
The next step is then
that we send you a return label that you use to return the damaged racket, only upon receipt of the racket will we send a new one in return if we judge that the damage may have occurred due to possible
factory defect.

Please
read the policy carefully and follow the instructions to ensure a
smooth handling of your case!

1. Approved Warranty Claims.
A warranty claim is approved if: The racket has a visible crack on the hitting surface but no other external damage.

2. There are rattling sounds or missing parts inside the racket, provided that the racket has no cracks or other defects.

3. The racket has a crack, deformation, or other physical damage that is clearly visible upon unpacking.

4. The customer is responsible for inspecting the product as soon as possible after delivery and before removing the plastic wrap around the handle or other sealing.

5. The racket has not been used and the accompanying sealing is intact.


2. Unapproved Warranty Claims. A warranty claim is not approved if: The racket has
vertical cracks on the outside of the frame or around the hitting surface, which may result from normal wear and tear.

1. The racket has cracks on both the hitting surface and the frame or the top of the racket, if these cracks occurred due to improper use.

2. Cracks occur between the holes at the bottom of the hitting surface,at the fold, during ball impact. These cracks are not accepted as an
approved warranty claim if they result from normal wear and tear.

3. The racket has other defects, scratches, or cracks that do not affect the racket's functionality and result from normal wear and tear or improper use.
